500 Men Making A Difference is a Bedford Stuyvesant based organization that has been doing great work throughout the borough of Brooklyn, and now they have added the creation of the Von King Park Conservancy to their list of initiatives!
Von King Park is located in Bedford Stuyvesant, at 670 Lafayette Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11216, and the park was one of the first commissioned parks in Brooklyn in the 1850’s! The park is currently 7.82 acres, and it includes a baseball field, cultural center building, and much more! The Von King Park Conservancy plans to offer the Bed-Stuy community an updated and well-kept park where they can go for recreational purposes and to also be a tourist attraction for those who are newly visiting the neighborhood.
