Kids Cook for a Cause at Marlow & Sons In Brooklyn On Thursday, June 1st!

About:
“Allergic to Salad, an after-school and in-school culinary program that teaches kids Pre-K through Middle School cooking and life skills, has teamed up with Marlow & Sons to offer kids the opportunity to cook alongside the restaurant’s chef while raising money to support Allergic to Salad’s work. During this one-hour fund-raising class, students will gather with the restaurant’s chef to prepare a delicious spring dish (recipe TBD). They will tour the restaurant’s kitchen, learn how to set a restaurant-style table and sit to enjoy together their prepared dish.

Following the class, the dish inspired by the students will be served throughout dinner service for the entire week (June 1st – June 8th).

100% of the sales of every dish sold will raise fund for more Allergic to Salad cooking classes.”
