Latin-Vegan Food At VSPOT In Park Slope!

About:
“VSPOT was founded in Park Slope in 2006 by Danny Carabano, a former math teacher and current compassionate foodie. The other owners include his brother, Alex Carabano (comedian and graphic designer) and Danny’s long time friend, Steven Simicich (lawyer and jack-of-all-trades). VSPOT rapidly became known for our empanadas, buffalo wings & other traditional Colombian dishes with a vegan twist. Alex also hosts a weekly comedy show every Thursday in the Backroom of our Saint Marks location, with stellar comedians on the lineup.

In 2015, we expanded to the East Village with VSPOT Organic on the historic Saint Mark’s Place. This new space brought new opportunities, such as an in-house pastry team, a huge event space & an extravagantly expanded menu. We have hosted food competitions, fundraisers, holiday events, birthday parties, book signings, and even started a popup vegan market.

In 2016 we opened a third location (VSPOT Gramercy) next door to the New York Comedy Club. We serve organic coffees & teas and offer a menu that includes ppetizers, wraps, burritos and desserts.

The VSPOT family is so much more than a series of food service establishments; we are a family. We have regulars at every location, and always welcome new customers as if they’re old friends. If you are interested in learning more about our events & catering services, please contact us here.”
