About:
Fundraising Night Overview :Request to host a fundraiser event for your school at your neighborhood bakery-cafe. Fundraisers at Panera are a great way to combine great food, fun and a good cause – your school! At Panera Bread we believe that the Universal Spirit of Bread is Sharing®, and that’s why we’re committed to the communities we serve. Our passion for everything we do spills over to include everyone we share our days with, and we appreciate the opportunity to give back to our friends, neighbors and community. We have developed an easy way to help raise funds for your school. Forget door-to-door sales or scrubbing bumpers – this fundraising idea is much simpler – eat dinner.”

Program Guidelines:

Who’s Eligible?
Any school related organization with a Tax I.D. number and recognized by the government as a non-profit organization (or authorized subgroup) can take part in a Panera Bread Fundraiser Event, such as:

Public Schools
Parent Teacher Organizations
School-Affiliated Sports Teams
Campus Clubs
School Bands
School-Affiliated Cheerleading Squads
School Camps
Student Councils
Girl/Boy Scouts
Booster Clubs

Fundraising Night Donation Model:

“Panera will donate a percentage (as outlined below) of net food and beverage sales generated by the supporters, families and friends of your organization on the specified evening to help your organization. A printed flyer or an electronic version of the flyer on a phone or tablet must be presented upon ordering. The number of flyers received by Panera determines the donation rate as shown below. Note: A minimum of 20 flyers is required for a donation to be made.

1-19 flyers = 0%
20-30 flyers = 10%
31-49 flyers = 15%
50+ flyers = 20%”

How to Request a Fundraising Night:

“Fill out a Panera Bread Fundraiser Online Request Form, including date, time and location. Please note this does not confirm your group’s event. When you use the Online Reservation Form, it will display a calendar of available dates at the Panera Bread you choose (Monday through Thursday evenings between 4-8 pm). Host your fundraiser at any of our participating bakery-cafes listed on the Reservation Form.

Once we approve your request, we’ll send you an e-mail confirmation for your fundraiser, and a customized Panera Bread Fundraiser Event Flyer will be generated just for your organization.”
