According to Brownstoner.com, the Salvation Army has sold another one of their Brooklyn buildings located at 22 Quincy Street this month on April 9th, 2015. The bid was for about $30,000,000, and the buyers name will not be revealed. There are suspicions that the building will be made over into a residential building.
The building is 70, 158 square feet. Talk about space!
