An affordable housing lottery is now available for apartments in Greenpoint. Brooklyn. Affordable rents for this development starts at $613 per month. There are also median income units available, ranging from $947-$1,230 per month.
Preference will be given to residents of Community Board 1, municipal employees, and applicants with visual, hearing or mobility impairment.
The deadline to apply is March 19, 2018!
