Can you Bee-lieve it? Summer has come and gone in a (hot) flash! With the last summer Family Day, join us as we celebrate pollinators of all kinds that make summer on the farm vibrant and tasty!
Prepare for your visit: Farmhouse Family Day is from 11AM-3PM with the craft activity beginning at 1PM. This is an all ages event, ideal for kids ages 4-12. Tours of the Wyckoff House will be available starting at 12PM. Dress appropriately for the weather as Family Day takes place indoors and outdoors – make sure to wear closed toed shoes if you plan on participating in any farm activities. Don’t miss our weekly Farmstand, June 15th-October 26th on Saturdays from 11AM-3PM!

Enjoy a tour and community-based artmaking activity with artists Steven and William Ladd inside their exhibition at the Yard Work Gallery, Transforming America through Art: A Vision for Brooklyn’s Community. Participants will learn from the artists about their tactile and textile-based work exploring identity, representation, memory, and belonging before jumping into a highly energized and interactive artmaking project inspired by their “scrollathon” project. These sessions are designed for industry professionals working at and around the Brooklyn Navy Yard and open to anyone who is 18 years or older.
