It was just announced that the Healthy NYC Expo, Presented by ShopRite will include free dance classes by Purelements Dance Company. There will be two sessions. The first session will be for students ages 8-12 and the second session will be for students ages 13 and up. To participate in these free sessions you must Register Here.
The Healthy NYC Expo is a day of healthy living activities, happening Saturday November 4, 2017 at the Brooklyn Sports Club, from 10am-4pm.

To use multiple facets of the performing arts as educational tools to evolve and transform the individuals and communities we serve, and to present dynamic performances that are socially relevant and impactful.
The Purelements’ mission unfolds through our professional and pre-professional dance companies, an art-in-education program, and a performing arts program.
We deliver high-quality and provocative performances that fuse a variety of dance styles with voice, spoken word and Musical Theater. The Village Voice has described our work as “a riveting fusion of ballet, hip-hop, and African movement.”
Through our programs, we use the arts as a vehicle to support personal development, expose children to careers in the performing arts, support aspiring artists with developing and refining their talents, and to educate program participants and audiences on social issues affecting their communities.
