During this hour, we’ll integrate movement, breathwork, and meditation to get you feeling back to yourself. Each week, we’ll focus on a different area of our bodies and the classes will combine a fusion of yoga and pilates movements to give you the perfect combination of strength and mindfulness.

Despite these roadblocks, many stay committed to using their platforms and businesses to sustain visibility and proactively create change.

In this conversation, chef and cookbook author Caroline Choe speaks with several women of NYC-area food businesses about their experiences and commitment to changing the status quo: Chitra Agrawal of Brooklyn Delhi, Lauren Tran of Bánh By Lauren, Irene Yoo of Orion Bar, and cookbook author and James Beard Foundation 2024 Impact winner, Abi Balingit.

Ticket includes admission to Flavor: The World to Your Brain from 6 to 7 PM.

There will be local city agencies and business to assist attendees with everyday concerns  and matters.  Face painting, prize giveaways, and much more!

This spring, the New York Transit Museum will celebrate our Earth-friendly transit system at our annual family benefit, Party on Wheels! Bring the whole family for: breakfast and coffee, artmaking and face painting, a photo opportunity, a scavenger hunt – AND unlimited rides on our vintage subway cars from the Museum platform to Hoyt-Schermerhorn and back!
