“Aita opened its doors in May 2012, started by chef Roberto Aita and friends. A neighborhood restaurant which cooking is focused on italian backgrounds, yet adapted to the american taste and habits.
The food, that comes from our memories and traditions, is what we’d like to eat and doesn’t follow any specific trend. Cooked and served with professionalism but relaxed as you were in the home of a good friend, is part of a menu that changes frequently by using simple, straightforward fresh ingredients often coming from greenmarkets and local farms.
The ambiance, also, reflects our food : people will find themselves in a rustic, cozy, friendly environment that looks more like home than a restaurant.”
