East New York is going through a massive transformation, which will last for the next 25 years. The major transformation started years ago with the Nehemiah Spring Creek homes and the Gateway Mall. One of the final phases of the development will include a brand new senior development at 516 Schroeders Ave.
The senior facility will be part of a 70,000 square foot building, which will include retail space on the ground floor and 79 one bedroom apartments for low income senior citizens.
The completion date has yet to be confirmed, but the rendering has been revealed.
