Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology is providing FREE screening mammograms for women in Brooklyn and Queens without health insurance. This program will be available until May 31, 2019. They want to ensure that all women have access to necessary health care. The Zwanger-Pesiri brand new Brooklyn location is conveniently located Downtown, Brooklyn, at 205 Smith Street.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Resident of Brooklyn or Queens
- No health insurance
- Make less than $40k/year
- Have not had a mammogram within the last year
- 40 years of age or older
- Physician referral preferred
