PARK SLOPE — Dust off those double axels.

Prospect Park’s long-awaited Lakeside skating complex will open Dec. 20, the Prospect Park Alliance announced Monday.

The $74 million recreation area, which has been under construction for nearly three years, will welcome ice skaters and hockey players in the winter, and roller skaters in the spring and fall. During the warmer months, families can splash around in a water play area.

The two-rink complex also includes a new cafe, event space, restrooms, and picnic areas. The project also restored Music Island, an original park feature that was designed to bring Brooklynites together.

Admission to the rinks will be $6 on weekdays and $8 on weekends and holidays. The cost to rent skates will be $5. Rinks will close at 6 p.m. during the week and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
