TerraCRG, has put 341 Nevins Street, a corner development site in Gowanus, Brooklyn, into contract. TerraCRG Partners Dan Marks and Daniel Lebor are marketing the property alongside Senior Associates Jackson O’Neill and Andrew Manasia.

“We are proud to announce that 341 Nevins Street is now in contract,” said Dan Marks, Partner of TerraCRG. “There are only four streets that cross the Gowanus Canal, connecting Park Slope and Carroll Gardens. 341 Nevins is on the corner of one of these, Carroll Street, making this a unique site for residential, retail and/or office development,” continued Marks. “We will share further details of the deal once the transaction closes.”

As part of the Gowanus rezoning, the ~4,100 SF corner lot is zoned R6A/M1-4, allowing a max FAR of 3.6, for a total of ~14,760 buildable square feet.

Conveniently located two blocks away from the Union Street station (R), a 10-minute walk to the Carroll Street Station (F & G), and a 17-minute walk to the Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center subway station (2, 3, 4, 5, N, Q, R, B, D trains and LIRR), the site is encompassed by various reliable sources of transportation to get you to and from your destinations.
