There’s a new jazz spot in Bed Stuy that we had the pleasure of checking out recently, and we were treated to sounds from Akiko Tsuruga, an incredible organist, and her band. The jazz bar is Stop Time Bar, located at 1223 Bedford Avenue in Bed-Stuy. There’s no menu, but they allow you to bring food in. When you get a chance we suggest that you check it out on a night when there is a live band playing, especially if it’s Akiko. We included a video clip of Akiko Tsuruga below.
