The Help One Building A, located at 273 Snediker Ave., is a newly constructed building in the East New York section of Brooklyn (CB 5). The building contains 111 supportive units and 72 affordable housing units and includes on-site social service programs. The building is located in East New York Brooklyn with easy access to multiple subway lines and bus routes as well as the LIRR. This location provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, health care, and leisure. The building offers 24-hour front desk security, bike parking, community room, community event space, courtyard, laundry room*, and common area wi-fi. Tenants are responsible for electricity including electric stove usage. *Additional fees may apply. The building has an accessible entrance, an elevator, and is smoke-free

This building is being constructed through the ELLA Program of both the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and the Supportive Housing Loan Program (SHLP) of HPD.

Farmhouse Family Day is from 11AM-3PM with the craft activity beginning at 1PM. This is an all ages event, ideal for kids ages 4-12.
