The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, through the Brooklyn Made Stores, is thrilled to host an exciting fashion show on October 15th at Industry City, in collaboration with the creators of Brooklyn Fashion Week and Runway the Real Way. Our curators bring decades of experience and passion to the runway. Catherine Schuller, founder of Runway the Real Way, is a trailblazer in fashion diversity, a former Ford plus-size model, and an event producer who has also served as an editor at MODE magazine. She brings her expertise in inclusive fashion, image consulting, and her love of upcycled comic book jewelry to the event. Rick Davy, founder of the BK Style Foundation and creative director of Fashion Week Brooklyn, is a visionary leader who has worked as a stylist, fashion consultant, and photographer. His commitment to education and empowering youth, particularly low-income and BIPOC students, has been a cornerstone of his work. Together, these curators will deliver a dynamic showcase that celebrates innovation, diversity, and sustainability in fashion.

Join us for a hands-on, interactive, wine tasting experience that repurposes the current MOFAD exhibit, Flavor: The World to Your Brain, for wine. You will taste your way through the science, history, economics, politics, and culture of wine.
Discover the science of sweet wine, take the acid test, and go on the great grape migration. We will explore how your brain, memories, and emotions affect your wine enjoyment and preferences.
Rebel School of Wine is the new book from Tyler Balliet and Morgan First. The duo are the founders of Rosé Mansion, the social media famous wine pop up, and Wine Riot, a traveling wine festival. For almost two decades they have been creating innovative and educational wine tasting experiences. Come hang out with them as they put on this unique and intimate event.
This program is 21 . Ticket includes access to Flavor: The World to Your Brain as part of the wine tasting experience with 5 wine samples (about 2 glasses of wine) included in the ticket.
The program will begin promptly at 7:00PM. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before program start time. The last guided session is at 8pm, so please arrive by 7:45pm at the latest.
Copies of Rebel School of Wine can be pre-purchased in a ticket bundle and will also be available for purchase at the event.

Morriss Park is set to make waves in the Big Apple, bringing his one-of-a-kind sound and high-energy live performance to The Delancey on November 14, 2024, at 10 PM. A Kansas native with a genre-defying style, Morriss has spent over 20 years honing his craft, blending hip hop, R&B, and soul into a sound all his own. Known for his introspective songwriting and electric stage presence, Morriss Park is a rising force in the music scene, and this show promises to be unforgettable.
This isn’t your average night out. The Delancey (168 Delancey St, New York, NY) will be transformed into a sonic playground as Morriss Park & Friends take the stage. Expect a fusion of styles and that signature Morriss Park magic that leaves audiences buzzing. And those “friends”? Let’s just say, they’ll bring enough heat to keep you vibing all night.
