“We wanted to create a restaurant for the neighborhood, the kind of place with good food, creative libations, and the people who wanted to join in: You could define our experience as “Fine Diving.”™ The menu, a bit of circus cuisine, is inspired by everything from sushi to Hip Hop, from pb&j’s to Per Se. The founders Perry Gargano, Luke Jackson, Justin Warner, and George McNeese, wanted to bring a touch of humor and a pop sensibility to ‘good taste’: Molecular gastronomy and dive bar shots; foie gras and doughnuts; attentive service and Brooklyn. We believe that you can have all of these things and have fun, too. Our space, though small, is clever and inviting with a good dose of whimsy thrown in, and our backyard experience is a must.
