“Two Lovers is a wonderfully unique boutique featuring pre-owned clothing in impeccable condition for women and little girls.
We carefully make our selections and then lovingly launder, steam and organize each piece by color, making this feel like a high end boutique, without the high end prices!

Our clothing is creative, romantic and beautiful, adorned with special details. Top brands with flattering fits fill our racks, and you can always find that perfect event dress. We love lux fabrics like lace, silk, eyelet and cotton voile.

This is second hand at its best.

About the owner
Lynette Kirchner’s life long love of fashion began when she worked as a model, traveling around the globe for various print work and commercials. The love grew as she moved into the wholesale side of the business, starting as a Regional Sales Director for Miss Sixty, a cutting edge global Italian premium denim company. She then moved on to become the National Sales Director for L.A.M.B., Gwen Stefani’s iconic fashion label and lastly the Global Sales Director for EDUN, a socially conscious clothing brand headed up by Ali Hewson and her husband Bono.

Lynette moved from Manhattan to Park Slope, Brooklyn in 2005. She loved all the second hand shops on 5th Ave, but noticed that one had to go through several racks of tightly packed clothing in poor condition before finding a gem. A vision started forming. What if there could be a bright and airy second had shop where every piece was a treasure? The clothing would be freshly laundered and well spaced on the racks. An edited assortment would be based on real style, not flippant trends and finally, the sales team would be sincerely friendly and helpful. This vision came to life in May of 2010 when Two Lovers Boutique opened its doors.”
