In Parkslope, Brooklyn, a real estate developer purchased the Brooklyn Lyceum performance venue at a public foreclosure auction last Thursday, October 23, 2014. It was purchased by the financial services and property development company Greystone for $7.6 million. The Lyceum used to be a public bathhouse and now it hosts public and cultural events like theater and wrestling shows.
