“Muchmore’s is a music venue, bar and coffee house located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We host events each night, including live music, stand-up comedy, debates, festivals, open mics, film forums, theater, visual art, lectures, performance art, poetry, improv, etc. We pride ourselves on providing a home for events that might be too avant garde or out of the mainstream to find a home at other venues, and for fostering a creative community around the space that doesn’t really exist at other venues.
In addition to being a bar and venue, we’re also open at 10:00 a.m. each day, and serve coffee and food, provide free wifi, and even have a small laundromat in the back where you do your laundry while having a beer and/or writing the next great American novel on your laptop. We welcome you to become part of our community, catch/book/perform a show, have a beer/coffee, meet your neighbors, do your laundry, and basically make our space your home away from home.”
