We play by a different set of rules here; In general, we don’t like rules, we better with standards. We just look at things a little different. Customers really make the rules, we just interpret them. This whole thing is about building confidence; in foods we eat, share, and make. Good wholesome food should be a standard, we wanna provide the foods, knowledge and confidence for you to make em and see em elsewhere.
The SCRATCHteam is ridiculous, all walks of life make and serve the goods here, only some of which come from professional kitchens. This is a collaboration of ideals, not a competition or race. As a group, we form like Voltron, slingin rustic craggy loaves and hospitality hugs in the form of delicious. Sure you need leaders and we are all human here, just like you, we have faults and desires and goals. But as a whole, leading a collective ideal is really all were doing, just in the form of emotion and taste.
