“All Toby’s coffee is roasted on site and cupped for quality and hand packed at the Brooklyn location. Our Brooklyn store showcases a rotating menu of all our coffees and provides a variety of brew methods. Our Brooklyn store is also home to our brew school, which is run by our team of coffee educators. We hold regular public cuppings, along with private classes, where we teach the art of extracting, brewing and cupping.The Brooklyn store has a small bites menu created in house, where you can eat in or take away. We also have a selection of pastries and sweet delights from a variety of local bakers and other artisans.
Our Hours are M – F: 7 to 7 | Sat – Sun: 8 to 8.
We have an abundance of seating that is provided on a first come basis.”
