The 1st annual East Brooklyn Outdoor Jazz Festival @ Gateway, Presented by Shop Rite, is going down Saturday August 29 from 12-5pm. This FREE event is part of the arts & culture initiative of East New York Restoration LDC, and is sponsored by ShopRite and Fusion East Restaurant/Bar, which is the first Soul Food/Caribbean restaurant in East New York, with a full bar and great menu. Fusion East, located at 1179 Elton St., is just outside of the Gateway Center Mall, at the Gateway Elton corridor.
BrooklynBuzz.com has the lineup, of which renowned bass player, Stanley Banks, is the headliner. The lineup includes Stanley Banks, Mambo Jaambo (Latin Jazz band), Sir Charles Pulliam & friends and more.
