“We are a neighborhood bakeshop located in the heart of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, operated by renowned cake designers Cheryl Kleinman of Cheryl Kleinman Cakes and Ellen Baumwoll of Bijoux Doux Specialty Cakes. Ellen and Cheryl met while working at the famed Patisserie Lanciani in Manhattan’s West Village and, after operating their own award-winning custom cake businesses for several years, they combined their talents and opened Betty Bakery in 2006.
